  3. Exchange or Return Policy: We have a no-return and no-refund policy once a product is sold, we offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:

3.1 Orders can be exchanged for the same or higher value.

3.2 To request an exchange, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

3.3 Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

  1. How do I know my order is confirmed?: Once you place your order, a confirmation popup will appear on your screen. You will also receive an email with all the details of your order, including your order number and invoice. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
  2. Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?: Yes, you can change your shipping address, but only before the order has been shipped. To request a change, you must email us from the official email ID used for the purchase. Please include your invoice number and the new shipping address in the email. Once we receive your request, we will confirm whether the change is possible and update you accordingly.
  3. Do you ship internationally?: No, currently we only ship within India as we are focused on serving the Indian market. However, we plan to expand our shipping services in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
  4. How long will it take until I receive my order?: Since we customize every piece to match your unique style and start manufacturing only after receiving your order and fittings, the process takes a bit longer. Typically, you can expect to receive your customized fit within 2 weeks. Our team ensures that every detail is crafted to perfection, delivering premium quality and a flawless fit.
